What Claimpanel is

Claimpanel is the internal claims and field-service panel of Prestige 8 Solutions. An insurance client instructs us on a claim. We survey the damage, price the repair, get the insurer's approval, send the work to a trade contractor, check it and invoice the insurer. Claimpanel records every step, checks the rules for you and keeps a trail of who did what.

Only our own staff sign in. Contractors, surveyors, policyholders and insurers never log in: they receive documents and emails from the panel, and staff key their replies in.

Three things to remember

1. You never tick a step by hand. The journey rail works out each step from the data you record.

2. Contractor prices stay private. Insurers only ever see our client rates; what we pay and our margin are hidden from anyone without the right permission.

3. The insurer decides, we record. The panel never approves a repair, a settlement or a declinature on the insurer's behalf.
